another frustrating way to end the day....went dinner and shop with jes... at 10 pm decided to head home... called cab but to no avail. so... we went for a drink and decide to try again at 11pm... since after 11pm the on call rate is only $2.50 instead of $4... so... we started callin at 11pm... and call and call and call... and waited and waited and waited... if it's not engaged... it's more waiting...
for past few weeks... i have been encountering this... damn irritating.....
