No work for me today... but i reached home extremely exhuasted. weird huh?!?

and today is just the first day of the 2 day course in IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) which i have signed up for.

Good thing about attending a course:
- 2 whole days of non work (though i dread clearing mails and other pending stuff when get back)
- the hours are shorter than office hour (9 to 5)
- i get to go home earlier
- it's fully paid for (if not, you tell me who will attend a course that cost 2k+ plus if out of own pocket?i wldnt lor. it's like working a mth for free)
- it's relevant to my course of work and interest (unlike the previous Key ac mgmt course)
- i wont go hungry at all (there are 2 tea breaks and international buffet lunchie)
- get to meet new ppl and network with ppl from other industries

the only boo boo is that the venue is at grand copthorne waterfront (anywhere which requires me to change 3 or more trips of bus/mrt and still have to walk is considered inconvenient!!!)





can i sleep from now til tomorrow morning.......

this morning (eighth april) as i reach the 1st flr of my plc, i looked over to see the usual crowd at the bus stop. being extremely frustrated recently with the overly crowded bus and train which makes commuting such a dread, i did a rough count of peeps as i was crossing the rd to the bus stop. the number - 35!!!!! can u beat that? just at ONE bus stop alone and there are a few more stops to go before reaching the interchange. Can you just imagine how packed the bus is now?

How many times can one be disappointed all over again?

i seriously hope not too many... *fingers crossed*

i have just finished the whole 6 seasons of SATC... when is the movie ever going to be out?!?!?!

horrible horrible week it has been. apart from catching the flu bug (which amazingly recovered very fast this time round), i fainted in the toilet... suffered a cramp in the leg and fell down in public...had a slight fever yesterday night... what can be worse, right? WRONG!

now, i am just hoping and praying that all the relatives going thru surgery or chemo will be fine...

everything will turn out fine...

and to all fretting over affairs of the hearts, let's just say, there really isnt a right answer or what should be done, let alone ponder over the unanswerable question of how will we know if he/she is the one.... so i guess the best bet will be not to 想太多... as alot of time, things just dont go according to plans... let alone plan so far ahead... and let disappointment builds up when the plans fail you.

Yes... i may have become cynical and skeptical when it comes to emotions and relationships but who can really promise a happily ever after? And until i get the sufficient assurance, i choose not to be disappointed with what may or may not be.
